ILPA's website faced significant user experience and content management issues. As a membership-focused organization, the site primarily served existing members but struggled with inconsistent navigation, duplicate content, unclear user paths, and inefficient organization. These problems made it difficult for members to find information and complicated resource management. The site also needed a way for users to pay for events or register. And, perhaps most importantly, they needed to make improvements to their member communication forum, ILPA Connect, with the goal of increasing engagement.
