Social Driver CEO and Co-Founder Thomas Sanchez made the 2019 OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executives List.

OUTstanding is part of INvolve, global membership organization and consultancy championing diversity and inclusion in business. INvolve publishes the OUTstanding role model lists annually, recognizing and celebrating business leaders who are inspiring the next generation of diverse talent.

“As the CEO of a Certified LGBTQ-owned Business Enterprise, I am honored to be included on the OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executives List,” Sanchez said. “At Social Driver, we showcase that LGBT+ inclusion is not a burden but a benefit. We have policies that are welcoming to all and focus on saving young LGBT+ lives in our philanthropy. Through these efforts, we proudly demonstrate that LGBT+ inclusion is good for business.”

In addition to celebrating diversity in the workplace and throughout its client work, Social Driver has given to and helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBT+ people under 25. Sanchez serves on The Trevor Project’s Board of Directors and is Secretary of the nonprofit corporation.
