Social Driver is proud to announce that Jon Gavejian has been promoted to Vice President of Project Management. 

In this role, Gavejian heads the company’s project management solutions for both client projects and new business development—a pivotal leadership role that lays a foundation for Social Driver’s continued growth.

“I’m eager to be part of leading Social Driver’s evolution as our organization matures,” Gavejian said. “I’m proud of our team’s ability to adapt and explore new avenues to serve our clients. As we move into the next phase of growth, we’re already seeing the benefits of the processes we've put in place. I’m looking forward to leading our talented team as we continue to tackle important work alongside our clients.”

Gavejian joined Social Driver in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager with more than a decade of experience in project management and business development. He most recently served as the Director of Project Management where he oversaw the growth of the project management functions at Social Driver and quickly became a trusted leader for many of Social Driver’s flagship clients.  

Over the past three years, Gavejian has focused on creating a more seamless experience for both clients and team members. He led multiple internal initiatives to improve Social Driver’s project management structure, process documentation, and reporting. In his new role, he will continue to lead these initiatives while also overseeing the growth of our sales operations—with a heavy focus on improving the client and internal team experience.
